Four environmental groups are suing the federal government in response to new regulations it issued on emissions at PVC plants. Though the new standards seek to reduce environmental harm, two factories in Deer Park, TX and Mossville, LA were granted exemptions despite releasing more toxins than any other plants in the country. The groups argue that all plants should be held to the same environmental standard.
